FPM, the trading name for First Project Maintenance Limited, was founded in 2008 by its MD Robert Villette. Having spent many years within the construction sector, starting on the tools in the 1980s and then moving into management, Robert saw a gap in the market for delivering quality build projects whilst maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders. This transparency across projects has been the cornerstone of the business and remains an important ethos of the business today.

Our project work covers all aspects and disciplines of a building’s construction and upkeep and our packages are tailor made to each of our client’s specific needs, whether the requirement is large or small. Our rates are very competitive and as would be expected, are in line with the service that we deem to provide.
