With the rapid advancements in construction management software, it was essential we chose the right technology to streamline our operations and improve efficiency.  After a lot of careful research, we have invested in Procore, a dedicated piece of technology for the construction sector, which will enable us to manage our workflows from tender through to handover.

Right from our inception, our mission has been to deliver projects honestly, with integrity and transparency and we feel that Procore will be a great asset to support these qualities. The reporting and communication tools within Procore will give our clients and the architects we work with a clear view of project progress.

FPM is also an advocate of collaborative working and Procore will enhance our ability to do this as we will now be able to give all project stakeholders access to relevant information, from drawings to site observations. Presenting information in real-time and quickly accessed via a few clicks.
